In 2008, the business started as Efficacy Homes Ltd and it has since grown and recorded great success and achievements as evidently shown and proven which has also reflected in its managerial structure and renowned customer-centric culture in alignment with its vision, mission, and core values. 

The Company was incorporated as Efficacy Homes Limited on the 8^th of August 2008 and began full operations in January 2009, afterward, the name of the Company was later changed from Efficacy Homes Limited to Efficacy Construction Company Limited on the 9^th of December 2016. On the 4th of November 2024, the Company became a Public Limited Company named Efficacy Development Plc with more shareholders, corporate governance structure  and experienced board.
